General Terms & Conditions for Le Magnifique Classes are inclusive of but not limited to Workshops, Masterclasses and Demonstration Sessions.

1. Participants should complete payment upon check out to confirm their place in the class. Acknowledgement from the payment platform will serve as confirmation of the reservation. Any class purchased is non-refundable.
   
   

2. All personal data collected from participants will solely be used to verify participants’ eligibility, and registration purposes. Data collected will not be retained after the event.
   
   

3. Class numbers are kept small to facilitate an optimal learning experience. Book early to secure your place.
   
   

4. In the event of low attendance, Le Magnifique reserves all rights to cancel/reschedule the session. Participants will receive an email notice at least 48 hours prior and be given the choice to attend an upcoming class of the same value or get a full refund.
   
   

5. Le Magnifique reserves the right to photograph or film the session for the purpose of promoting future classes.
   
   

6. Participants are to follow all safety precautions and instructions provided to prevent any injury, harm or nuisance to themselves/other participants, as well as damage to the premise (including outside areas, inside walls, flooring, fixtures and fittings) and/or equipment and instruments. Any breach of the above-mentioned safety precautions will result in removal from the session, with no obligation for refund by the Organiser.
   
   

7. Le Magnifique reserves all rights to pursue legal action for any damage to the premises, and/or equipment and instruments.
   
   

8. Participants agree to indemnify Le Magnifique and their instructors/contractors against any injuries, damages to, loss of or theft of any personal belongings during the workshop.
   
   

9. Le Magnifique reserves all rights to make changes or update these terms and conditions whenever necessary.
